If the exhaust temperature is extremely high or the cooler core should be cleaned when the high temperature shutdown occurs, regular Ingersoll Rand air compressor maintenance should also check the separator tank, exhaust pipe, cooler and other heating and heat transfer equipment and components to remove grease And carbon deposits.

In a very clean working environment and the intake air filter should be replaced at intervals specified in the above table. The cooling oil filter element and separation element should be replaced more frequently in a very dirty environment. Air filter, the dust in the suction air is blocked in the filter to avoid premature wear of the compressor and blockage of the oil separator. Usually, the filter element should be replaced after 1000 hours of operation or a year. In dusty areas, the replacement interval should be shortened. The filter must be shut down during maintenance. In order to reduce the parking time, it is recommended to replace it with a new or cleaned spare filter element.

The steps to clean the filter element are as follows:

1. Tap the two ends of the filter element in turn against a flat surface to remove most of the heavy and dry dust.
2. Use dry air of less than 0.28MPa to blow in the direction opposite to the inhaled air. The nozzle should be less than 25 mm away from the folded paper, and blow up and down along its length.
3. If there is grease on the filter element, it should be washed in warm water with non-foaming detergent. Soak the filter element in this warm water for at least 15 minutes and wash it with clean water in the hose. Do not use heating to accelerate it Dry, one filter element can be washed 5 times, and then discarded and cannot be reused.
4. Put a light in the filter element for inspection. If it is found to be thin, pinholes or damaged areas should be discarded.

The inspection steps are as follows:
1. Close the air supply valve;
2. Connect the water source;
3. Start the unit;
4. While observing the working pressure, slowly turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator clockwise. When the pressure reaches the specified value, the safety valve has not been opened or has been opened before reaching the specified value, and it must be adjusted.

The adjustment steps are as follows:
1. Remove the cap and lead seal maintenance method;
2. If the valve opens too early, loosen the lock nut and tighten the positioning bolt half a turn, if the valve opens too late, loosen the lock Tighten the nut about one turn and loosen the positioning bolt half a turn.
3. Repeat the test steps. If the safety valve still cannot be opened at the specified pressure value, adjust it again.
The maintenance and maintenance of Ingersoll Rand air compressor are as follows:
1). The coolant is replaced every 8000 hours or 2 years, and the oil level is low every month and refilled regularly.
2). Motor grease (Esso N2) is replenished every 3000 hours (about 24 grams).
3). The oil filter element is replaced every 2000 hours. "
4). Replace the air filter element according to the indicator.
5). The oil separation core is replaced every 5000 hours or when the pressure difference is greater than 0.06Mpa.
6). In the electrical part, check the loosening of bolts every 2 months.
7). Check the mechanical parts for oil leakage.
8). Ensure that the surface of the cooler is clean.

Maintenance of Ingersoll Rand air compressor is very important, because the main engine of the air compressor is the "heart" of the air compressor, so it also needs maintenance. If the main engine of the air compressor is not maintained in time, it is prone to seizure and parts. Damage and other phenomena, in this way, the life of the machine will be shortened, and the cost of the enterprise will increase!
