2. Refrigerated dryers, heat-free regeneration dryers, thermal regeneration dryers for water removal equipment, etc., due to the compressed air as a function of the loss of oil and water; while the oil-free compressor compresses clean and oil-free air, fully protecting the water removal equipment, Reduce additional additional funds to take water equipment maintenance.

3. Matters needing attention when using oil-free air compressor

1. At least one compressor is maintained every quarter. Compressor repair includes thorough removal of external dust and dirt. Check and tighten the connecting bolts of the compressor. Check whether the grounding wire is intact and there is no aging damage to the electrical circuit.

2. The air compressor must be fixed on the ventilation, stability and working surface. In order to reduce noise and vibration, shock absorbers must be provided.

3. The filter medium (foam, sponge or felt) is in the compound. The filter is cleaned every three months. The dust on the blowing medium should be removed. If necessary, rinse with water and then wipe dry.

4. Due to the power failure of the compressor, in order to prevent pressure when the compressor is started, turn the pressure switch, turn off the power handle, discharge the air in the pipeline, and then restart the compressor.

5. The user must set a protective ground wire for the compressor to ensure that all the metal shells of the compressor maintain good contact with the ground, and the grounding resistance should comply with national standards.

6. If the compressor finds serious leakage, abnormal sound, or odor, it should stop running immediately, find out the reason, eliminate the fault, return to normal, and run again.
