The working environment of Ingersoll Rand air compressors is often complicated, with dust, oil and various particles. Greasy dirt, carbon deposits, deposits, rust, etc. will be generated inside. Regularly clean the machine head, paint bucket, radiator, oil pipe interior, and various valves to achieve the ultimate goal of eliminating safety hazards.

The screw air compressor cleans the temperature control valve. The temperature control valve is composed of valve body, valve core, temperature sensing element, spring and so on. The temperature control valve plays the role of constant temperature control. When the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve is lower than the action value (the action value of the temperature sensing element is generally 71 degrees), the lubricating oil returns directly from the oil and gas barrel to the main engine. When the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the control valve is higher than the action value, the thimble of the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve will act and push the valve core to open the bypass valve of its own equipment, so that the lubricating oil enters the cooler for cooling (if the temperature sensing element measures The higher the temperature, the greater the opening of the bypass valve), and the cooled lubricating oil returns to the main engine. The screw air compressor temperature control valve has a cover on the surface, and there are screw holes on the cover, find a suitable nut to screw in the cover, then use the circlip pliers to remove the circlip that fixes the cover, and then use the pliers to pull just now Screw in the nut, you can take off the cover and all the internal parts.

Clean all parts of the temperature control valve according to the method of cleaning the relief valve. After all the above components are cleaned and dried, they should be installed on the air compressor. After all components are installed on the air compressor, check again for omissions and clean up the tools and other items used during installation.

Maintenance of temperature control valve

(1) Whether the temperature control element operates under the specified temperature.
(2) Check whether the temperature control element is broken or unsoldered.

Overhaul of oil cooler

(1) Confirm that the inlet and outlet valves of the cooling water of the air compressor are closed.
(2) Open the oil cooler drain pipe and drain the oil to the waste oil drum.
(3) Remove the inlet and outlet oil pipes and water pipe joints of the oil cooler, and remove the oil cooler.
(4) Remove the end cover of the oil cooler and remove the dirt in the end cover.
(5) Clean the inner wall of the water pipe of the oil cooler with a brush and a high-pressure water gun.
(6) Install the end cover of the oil cooler.
(7) Install the inlet and outlet oil pipes and water pipe joints of the oil cooler.

Ingersoll Rand screw air compressors have correct maintenance and maintenance methods, which play a vital role in the service life and operational reliability of the screw air compressors. Air compressor cleaning is the after-sales maintenance service personnel, which must Always mastered skills.
