As clean air energy equipment, air compressors are commonly used in various manufacturing companies; air compressors generally use 380V power supplies and produce high-pressure gas during operation, so there must be a certain degree of danger. 1. Cut off the power supply in time: When not in use after get off work, develop the habit of cutting off the power supply in time. To move the air compressor, the power switch must be turned off.
2. Anti-overpressure startup: It is strictly prohibited to use overpressure. The maximum pressure used by the air compressor is set to 8BAR at the factory, and the safe pressure relief is 8.8BAR, otherwise the gas storage tank may explode.
3. Warning: The use of non-pure original accessories may easily cause damage to the air compressor and even personal injury.
4. Power supply voltage: It should be noted that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause a personal accident and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.
5. The compressor can only be used for pressurized air. Under no circumstances can it be used to process other gases. It cannot be used to suck liquid, particles, solids and any flammable substances that may cause an explosion.
6. Do not suck flammable and explosive gases or operate in an environment containing these gases.
7. Keep the workplace: Disorganized can easily lead to accidents.
8. Pay attention to the environment of the workplace: the air compressor must not be left to wind or rain, do not work in a humid and dark place, and do not work in a place where flammable, explosive liquid gas and dusty places are stored.
9. Beware of electric shock: When using the air compressor, please do not let your body touch the grounded objects
10. Keep outsiders/children away: Keep children who have nothing to do with the work close to the air compressor, in order to injure or get an electric shock.
11. Keep the machine properly: If the air compressor is not in use, the air and sewage in the air storage tank should be discharged and stored in a dry environment.
12. Do not use the machine forcefully: operate according to the calibrated voltage, speed or load on the air compressor, the effect will be better and safer.
13. Protect the cable: Do not pull the cable to unplug the plug from the power supply. The cable should be far away from heat sources and oil, and avoid contact with sharp objects.
14. Properly maintain the machine: the filter should be cleaned in time according to the usage, and the accessories and cables should be checked regularly. If damaged, replace it immediately.
