The air filter can also be simply called an air filter. The main function is to filter the dust in the air entering the system. When the dust in the atmosphere is sucked in with the air, it is blocked by the filter element, and the clean air is sucked into the compressor air cavity. According to the dust concentration of the use environment, the customer should carry out maintenance or replacement of the filter element dust regularly or in advance to ensure the maintenance of the air compressor parts. The function of the filter element directly affects the normal operation and service life of the host.

Intake valve: The main function of the intake valve is to control the loading and unloading of the unit, and to control the compressor outlet pressure within the pressure band set by the computer controller.

Compression host: The host is the heart component of the unit. It consists of a pair of intermeshing female and male rotors, bearings, shaft seals, etc. The air compression process is completed by the host.

Oil and gas separation core: The oil and gas separation core is mainly used to separate and remove the oil in the compressed air.

Rotor lubricating fluid: It has three main functions: cooling the main engine, lubricating bearings and other moving parts, and sealing the compression process

Oil filter: The function of the oil filter is to filter the impurities in the oil into the main engine to ensure that the main engine will not wear out quickly;

Oil cooler: The role of the oil cooler is to cool the oil that has absorbed a lot of heat in the main engine to ensure that the temperature of the oil is low enough to continue to cool the compressed air in the main engine in the next cycle.

Water inlet pipe (water-cooled unit): The function of the water inlet pipe is to provide cooling water to the air compressor

Outlet pipe (water-cooled unit): The function of the outlet pipe is to take the water heated by the air compressor back for cooling, and circulate it into the air compressor again

Ball valve: The function of this ball valve is to isolate the exhaust and compressed air pipe network of the unit to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the air compressor

Air outlet pipe: This pipe is connected to the user's compressed air pipe network and supplies compressed air to the pipe network

Gas storage tank: a device used to store gas and also stabilize system pressure

Cold dryer: reduce the temperature of the compressed air to the dew point temperature, so that the water content in the compressed air tends to be super-saturated, thereby removing the moisture in the compressed air

For belt adjustment, the belt must be checked after the first 30 hours of operation of the new machine. If it is too loose, it should be adjusted immediately and every 1000 hours thereafter. When replacing the belt, all the belts must be replaced together, not just one belt, otherwise the tension will not balance the maintenance of the air filter. The air filter element needs to be cleaned every 500 hours of operation of the compressor. Compressed air can be used to blow off the dust in the filter element from the inside to the outside. Generally, it is replaced every 2000 hours, and the time is shortened if the environment is poor.
