1. The ambient temperature is too high, which has the following two effects on the screw air compressor.

A: The higher the temperature, the thinner the air (just like the air compressor is inefficient in the plateau area), which causes the air compressor to work less efficiently, so that the air compressor is in a loaded state for more time, with more load, resulting in empty The press produces more heat and the air compressor is definitely hotter.

B: When the general air compressor is designed, there is a design operating environment temperature (30-40 degrees). When the air compressor is operated at the design operating environment temperature, the maximum temperature is close to the air compressor protection temperature. If the air compressor environment If the temperature is higher than the temperature of the design operating environment, the temperature of the air compressor will be increased, so that the air compressor will even exceed the shutdown temperature of the air compressor, resulting in high temperature of the air compressor.

2, air compressor system lack of oil

  The oil level of the oil and gas tank can be checked. When the lubricating oil is static after the shutdown pressure is released, the oil level should be slightly higher than the high oil level mark H (or MAX). The oil level must not be lower than the low oil level mark L (or MIX) during operation of the equipment. If it is found that the oil quantity is insufficient or the oil level is not observed, stop the oil immediately.

3. The oil stop valve (broken valve) is not working properly.

  The oil stop valve is generally a two-position two normally closed solenoid valve, which is opened at the start and closed at the time of stopping to avoid the oil in the oil and gas barrel from being continuously injected into the machine head and being ejected from the air inlet. If the component is not turned on when loaded, the host will heat up quickly due to lack of oil, which may cause the screw assembly to burn out.

4, oil filter problem

A: If the oil filter blocks the bypass valve and does not open, the air compressor oil will not reach the machine head, and the main engine will heat up quickly due to lack of oil.

B: The oil filter plugging flow becomes smaller. There is a case where the air compressor is not completely exhausted because the heat is taken up to form a high temperature, and the other case is the high temperature of the air compressor after the air compressor is unloaded. Because the air compressor is loaded with internal oil pressure, the air compressor oil can pass, and after the air compressor is unloaded, the air compressor oil pressure is low. The air compressor oil is difficult to pass through the air compressor oil filter, and the flow rate is too small, resulting in air. The press is hot.

5, thermal control valve (temperature control valve) work failure

  The thermal control valve is mounted in front of the oil cooler to maintain the head exhaust temperature above the pressure dew point. The working principle is that when the oil temperature is low, the heat control valve branch is opened, the main circuit is closed, and the lubricating oil is directly injected into the machine head without the cooler; when the temperature rises above 40 °C, the thermal control valve is gradually closed. The oil flows through the cooler and the branch at the same time; when it rises above 80 °C, the valve is completely closed, and the lubricating oil is completely passed through the cooler and then into the machine head to cool the lubricating oil to the utmost extent.

If the thermal control valve fails, the lubricating oil may enter the machine head directly without the cooler, so that the oil temperature cannot be lowered, resulting in over-temperature. The main reason for its failure is that the elastic modulus of the two thermal springs on the valve core changes after fatigue and cannot move normally with temperature changes. Second, the valve body wears out, the valve core is stuck or the motion is not in place and cannot be closed normally. . Can be repaired or replaced depending on the situation.

6. Check if the oil quantity regulator is normal. If necessary, increase the fuel injection amount.

  The amount of fuel injected has been adjusted at the time of shipment from the factory, and should not be changed under normal circumstances.

7, the oil exceeds the use time, the oil deteriorates

The oil fluidity deteriorates and the heat exchange heat performance decreases. The heat of the air compressor head can not be completely taken away, resulting in high temperature of the air compressor.

8. Check if the oil cooler works normally.

  For water-cooled models, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipes can be checked. Under normal conditions, it should be 5-8 °C. If it is lower than 5 °C, there may be scaling or blockage, which will affect the heat exchange efficiency of the cooler and cause heat dissipation. Poor, at this point the heat exchanger can be removed and cleaned.

9. Check if the cooling water inlet temperature is too high, whether the water pressure and flow rate are normal, and check whether the ambient temperature is too high for air-cooled models.

The inlet temperature of the cooling water should generally not exceed 35 ° C, the water pressure should be between 0.3 and 0.5 MPA, and the flow rate should be no less than 90% of the specified flow rate. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 40 °C. If the above requirements are not met, it can be solved by installing a cooling tower, improving indoor ventilation, and increasing the space of the equipment room. You can also check if the cooling fan is working properly. In case of failure, it should be repaired or replaced.

10. The air-cooled unit mainly checks whether the difference between the inlet and outlet oil temperature is about 10 degrees. If it is less than this value, it should check whether the fins on the surface of the radiator are dirty. If the dirty block can clean the surface of the radiator with clean air, check the radiator. If the fins are corroded and the corrosion is severe, it is necessary to consider replacing the radiator assembly and whether the internal pipeline is dirty. If this phenomenon occurs, the circulating pump can be cleaned with a certain acidic syrup. Be sure to pay attention to the concentration of the syrup and the cycle time. 12. Problems with the exhaust duct installed by the air-cooled model customer

There are exhaust ducts that are too small for the wind surface, the exhaust ducts are too long, and there are too many bends in the middle of the exhaust ducts. If there are too many middle bends in the exhaust ducts, there is no exhaust fan installed. The flow of the exhaust fan is smaller than that of the air compressor. .

16. Lubricant specifications are incorrect or of poor quality

  The lubricating oil of the screw machine has strict requirements and cannot be replaced at will. It should be in accordance with the requirements in the equipment manual.

17. Check if the air filter is clogged

  Blockage of the air filter will cause the air compressor to load too much, and it will be in a loaded state for a long time, which will cause high temperature. It can be checked or replaced according to the alarm signal of the differential pressure switch. The first problem caused by the general air filter blockage is that the gas production is reduced, and the high temperature of the air compressor is a secondary performance.

18, check if the pressure is too high

  The system pressure is generally set at the factory. If it is necessary to adjust, it should be based on the rated gas pressure of the equipment nameplate. If the adjustment is too high, overheating may occur due to an increase in the load on the machine. This is also the same as the previous reason. The high temperature of the air compressor is a secondary performance. The main performance is that the air current of the air compressor is increased, and the air compressor protection is stopped.
