The screw air pressure level is not cleaned for a long time. Do you know what the consequences will be?
Under normal circumstances, the Ingersoll Rand screw air compressor is used in a very harsh environment, accompanied by dust, oil and various particulate matter.
With the use of air compressors, there will be grease, carbon deposits, sediments, rust, etc. inside the machine. If air compressors with different brands of lubricants are used, there will be asphalt-like black gels. These deposits The material will seriously affect the normal operation of the screw air compressor, and even lead to accidents.
Therefore, in the use of screw air compressors, we need to clean regularly, clean the machine head, paint bucket, radiator, oil pipe, and all kinds of valves to eliminate the safety hazard.
First, air compressor cleaning
1. Let the air compressor run for ten minutes to let the oil reach normal temperature.
2. Close the air compressor, wait for the internal pressure to leak, open the fuel cap, pour the air compressor cleaning agent, and tighten the fuel cap;
3. Open the air compressor for 30 minutes;
4. Release the old engine oil and add new oil.
Second, the cleaning water gas separator
The structure of the screw air compressor water vapor separator is similar to that of oil and gas tanks. The air inlet is designed to be walled and solidified into centrifugal force. Because of the weight of water and gas, it can effectively separate the moisture in the compressed air.
Cleaning of the water gas separator: Disassemble the water gas separator cover and wash it with a cleaning agent.
The cooler cleaning is divided into an air-cooled type cooler and a water-cooled type cooler.
Air-cooled cooler:
Open the air hood to clear the cover, or remove the cooling fan;
Use compressed air to blow back the dirt, and then take the dirt out of the air hood; if it is dirty, spray some degreaser and then blow. When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned by the above method, the cooler needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with a cleaning solution and cleaned with a brush (no wire brush is strictly prohibited).
Install the cover or cooling fan
Water-cooled cooler:
Disassemble the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes;
Injecting into the cleaning solution or scouring with a pump cycle (reverse kickback effect is better);
Rinse with water;
Install cooling water into and out of the water pipe;
Third, cleaning the intake valve
1. Remove the hose connecting the unloading valve and the air filter;
2. Remove all other components and the air pipe connected to the relief valve;
3. Remove the solenoid valve coil;
4. Remove the nut assembled from the unloading valve and the main unit and remove it;
5. Move the unloading valve to the floor covered with clean paper or related clean floor;
6. Clean the removed parts with soap, water, diesel, clean gasoline, and Tianna water.
7. Reinstall the parts after cleaning.
Fourth, cleaning the minimum pressure valve
The structure of the minimum pressure valve is very simple. Unscrew the nut of the screw air compressor between the valve core and the valve body, and the inner component can be taken out. The minimum pressure valve spool of the small unit is built in the valve body, and the valve body cover is disassembled. All internal components can be removed for cleaning.
Five, cleaning oil return check valve
Clean the oil return check valve: clean the valve body, spring, steel ball, steel ball seat with cleaning agent, and some filter valves inside the check valve, if any, clean together.
Sixth, cleaning the temperature control valve
The screw air compressor temperature control valve has a cover on the surface, and the cover has a screw hole. Find a suitable nut and screw it into the cover. Then use a circlip plier to remove the circlip that is fixed and then pull with the clamp. Just screw in the nut and you can take off the cover and all the parts inside. Clean all parts of the thermostatic valve by cleaning the relief valve
