What is the reason for the automatic start and stop of the screw air compressor?

Air compressor users will encounter that when the air compressor is in normal operation, the air compressor suddenly stops automatically and the interface shows a fault. However, after investigation, the air compressor does not seem to have a fault problem. After a forced reset, restart it and check again. It will show that there is no fault and it is working in normal operation. But after the air compressor has been working for a certain period of time, this kind of automatic shutdown and failure report suddenly appeared. What is the reason? How to perform maintenance? This time we will analyze it.

When the air compressor stops suddenly and does not open the exhaust valve in time to discharge air, the air inlet of the air compressor sprays cooling oil outward. First, check whether the oil cut-off solenoid valve is faulty. If it is normal, check further to see whether the check valve on the exhaust pipe can be closed or closed in time. If there is any fault, it should be eliminated immediately and the next step is to be tested.

1. There are several reasons why the screw air compressor suddenly stops automatically during operation, which need to be checked one by one:
   1). The suction pressure is too low, lower than the low pressure lower limit of the pressure relay;
   2). The exhaust pressure is too high, causing the high-voltage relay to be de-energized;
   3). The oil pressure is too low, the oil pressure relay relay;
   4). Motor overload, thermal relay action relay;

2. Check whether the unit pressure is too high to stop closing or the safety valve opens and deflates.
In this case, the upper limit set by the pressure switch may exceed the rated working pressure, or the oil-air separator filter element may be severely blocked. It may be caused by the failure of the safety valve or the out-of-control of the solenoid valve, and it may be accompanied by unloading out of control.

3. The unit operating exhaust is less than 70 degrees
Sometimes the exhaust gas temperature is very low. For water-cooled models, the cooling water flow can be reduced. The temperature control valve controls the temperature. Therefore, the temperature control valve may malfunction. It can be properly shimmed by using the temperature control valve spool spring. Increase flexibility; another reason is that the airborne is too long.

4. Sometimes you only need to check the controller wiring and related wiring, sometimes you only need to re-tighten the terminals.
Common inspection methods for air compressor shutdown:
   1). Check the pipeline and oil pump of the oil system;
   2). Check whether the power supply voltage is low or the cooling load is too high.
   3). Check the reason, the pipeline is blocked, if the system is insufficient, it will be added;
   4). Check the cooling capacity or cooling air volume of the condenser;
