1. First of all, we must know that there is no obvious difference in the parameters of the machine operation between air-cooled air compressors and water-cooled air compressors, and they are both suitable for long-term continuous operation.

2. Many users often have the idea that water cooling is better than air cooling in the traditional concept. There are two reasons for this:
1). Only a few brand products with complete technology and first-class craftsmanship that can adopt air-cooling on large-displacement air compressors can meet the standard. Therefore, many manufacturers who do not have the production capacity of rigid products in this area have long-term instilled water-cooling advantages among customers. The concept of being air-cooled has given customers the inertia of thinking.
2). When purchasing, users often ignore the long-term requirements of the water-cooled cooling method for the circulating water quality when the air compressor is cooled, and the comparison of the operating cost of water-cooled and air-cooled air compressors.

3. Advantages of air-cooled air compressor:
1). There is no need for the initial equipment investment and maintenance of the air compressor water cooling circulation system, as well as the long-term dependence on the circulation system and water quality, and the water quality environment. For example, in the winter in the north, the water cooling air compressor will be in maintenance Highlight the trouble.
2). There is no need to clean and maintain the water cooler of the air compressor regularly, which reduces the risk of production shutdown due to maintenance and production losses.
3). Reduce the cost of the initial investment and equipment operation.
4). The air-cooling method also has precautions: air-cooling has a strong dependence on air fluidity. The preliminary work is to make a wind hood to export the intake and exhaust air of the air compressor to the outside of the machine room to avoid the high temperature due to the cooling air. Over-temperature shutdown caused by circulation in the machine room.
