It is well known that there are a number of valves attached to the air compressor equipment components. What are the functions of the pressure reducing valve, safety valve, pressure regulating valve, and pressure relief valve on the air compressor system in terms of function and function? And what is the difference?

1. The pressure reducing valve is a device for reducing the medium with high pressure to a medium with low pressure. The valve is characterized in that the outlet pressure and temperature are kept within a certain range under the condition that the inlet pressure is constantly changing.

2. The safety valve is used to prevent damage to the boiler, pressure vessel, and other equipment or pipelines due to overpressure. When the pressure is slightly higher than the normal working pressure, the safety valve is automatically opened to lower the pressure. When the pressure is slightly lower than the normal working pressure, the safety valve automatically closes, stopping the discharge of fluid and keeping the seal.

3. The pressure relief valve is mainly used on the occasion of excessive pressure. When the pressure is greater than the set value, the valve inner piece is opened and released in time, and the pressure is reduced to return to the original position, and the safety valve is not much different. Pressure valves are mostly used for liquids, and safety valves are mostly used for gases and steam. A regulator valve is a device that maintains a medium in a region within a certain pressure range. The difference between the pressure relief valve and the pressure reducing valve: the pressure reducing valve: regardless of the change of the inlet pressure, the outlet pressure is reduced to the rated value, and the pressure is reduced.

4. Regulator valve: Maintain a constant upstream pressure regardless of the downstream pressure and demand. Safety valves and pressure reducing valves are two types of valves and are special valves. Among them, the safety valve is a safety leaking device, which is a special valve, which only acts when the working pressure exceeds the allowable range and protects the system. The pressure-reducing valve belongs to the process valve, which can depressurize the high-pressure logistics to meet the pressure requirements of the rear system, and the working process is continuous.
