Ingersoll Rand air compressors are mainly divided into the following four types: screw compressors, piston compressors, rolling rotor compressors, scroll compressors, and for each of these four types, each has different characteristics. Air compressor according to the characteristics of its own products, and related information, to help you summarize the compressor performance comparison of the following air compressors. Compressors of air compressors are mainly divided into the following four types: screw compressors, pistons Compressors, rolling rotor compressors, scroll compressors, and for each of these four, each has different characteristics, Jinjing air compressor according to the characteristics of its own products, and related information, to help you sum up The following comparison of compressor performance of air compressors:

Performance analysis of screw compressors. Since the 1970s, the reliability of screw compressors has been continuously improved. Therefore, it has been widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning projects in the medium cooling capacity range, and relies on higher reliability. Sex and efficiency, successfully squeezed into the smaller cooling range (below 750KW) dominated by the original piston compressor. The screw compressor has been so successful, let us analyze its performance. The screw compressor also has good thermal performance in the medium cooling range, and has good regulation performance, which can adapt to the harsh working conditions. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal operation of the screw refrigeration compressor, it is necessary to configure corresponding auxiliary mechanisms, such as lubrication system, control device for gas volume adjustment, safety protection device and monitoring instrument.

Although the screw compressor has the advantage of high single-stage pressure ratio, the leakage loss increases rapidly with the increase of the pressure ratio, and the efficiency is significantly reduced during the low-temperature operation.

Piston compressor performance analysis, piston compressor is still the most widely used model, although its market share has been taken up by some other types of compressors, but in small refrigeration applications, piston compression The machine will continue to expand its market. The following is an analysis of the performance of the piston as a compressor.

The efficiency scroll compressor has no suction and exhaust valves. All the contact wires on the orbiting scroll have a small turning radius, low friction speed, low loss and high efficiency. Leakage, friction and wear between the rolling rotor compressor slide and the cylinder wall surface limit its working life and efficiency. Due to the loss of the piston, the piston ring, the friction with the cylinder wall surface and the power of the lubricating oil pump, the mechanical efficiency of the compressor is generally between 0.75 and 0.9.

The balanced, vibrating screw compressor has no reciprocating mass inertia force and good dynamic balance performance. The screw compressor is a rotary compressor that does not have a centrifugal or reciprocating compression motion. The pressure shock of its compressed exhaust gas is very low. Because the screw is rotated, the recovery and compression occurs six times a week. If a coin is put in the compression operation, it will not fall due to vibration.

The piston compressor vibrates greatly during operation.

The gas transmission coefficient, the suction, compression and exhaust of the scroll compressor are continuously unidirectional, directly inhaling, the harmful gas of the suction gas is small, and there is no gas expansion process in the clearance volume, so the gas transmission coefficient is high. For screw-type refrigeration compressors, when the working conditions are different, the gas transmission coefficient is different, which is about 0.7-0.92. When the small gas volume is high, the lower limit is taken, and when the gas volume is low, the upper limit is taken. Since the screw compressor has no inlet, exhaust valve and clearance volume, the application of new tooth shape and fuel injection greatly improve the sealing and cooling effect, so the gas transmission coefficient is higher than that of piston type and other types of rotary compressors. And the change is flat.

The gas volume adjustment, the gas volume adjustment slide valve is a structural component used to adjust the gas transmission volume in the screw refrigeration compressor. Although the screw refrigeration compressor has various methods for adjusting the gas volume, the spool valve is adopted. The adjustment method has been widely used. The simplest method of adjusting the gas volume of a piston compressor is that the compressor runs intermittently. When the system reaches the set  temperature, the compressor stops: when the system temperature is higher than the set maximum temperature, the compressor starts. This energy adjustment method is only applicable to small refrigerators with a power of about 10 kW. For a compressor with a large capacity, the frequent opening and stopping of the machine not only has a large energy loss, but also affects the life of the machine and the stability of the voltage in the power supply circuit, affecting other The device works normally.
