Ingersoll-Rand air compressor parts used in industrial production, medium and low pressure air compressors, mostly use two-stage compression. It is equipped with an Ingersoll Rand cooler to reduce the temperature of compressed air, energy saving and energy consumption, ensuring safe production and air compressor capacity. In order to reduce the compressed air discharge temperature, it is also equipped with an end cooler. The air cooler of the water-cooled air compressor generally uses industrial water cooling. The thermal conductivity of scale is a few tenths to a few hundredths of the steel plate. Therefore, after the air cooler is descaled, the efficiency of the heat from the compressed air side to the cooling water side is significantly improved, and the temperature of the air discharge is greatly reduced. From Table 1 and Table 2, it can be seen that the air outlet temperature of the intercooler of the steam turbine air compressor unit is reduced from 51 ° C before descaling to 32 ° C after descaling in summer; the compressed air discharge temperature of the end cooler is in winter Also reduced from 55 ℃ before descaling to 25 ℃ after descaling. At the same time, after descaling of the air cooler, the failure of automatic shutdown due to excessive air temperature discharged by the air compressor is avoided. The rated gas production capacity of the air compressor Get a good guarantee.

It saves power and consumes the air from the previous stage of the air compressor. After removing the excess heat through the intercooler after descaling, the temperature of the starting point of the gas entering the second stage of compression is attacked and the temperature of the end of compression is reduced. The variable index value makes the compression process close to the isothermal process, thereby reducing power consumption. Therefore, the operation of the air compressor is more economical. Improve the quality of compressed air After the air cooler descales, it improves the quality of the compressed air sent and reduces the moisture content in the compressed air.

The air cooler after descaling cools the hot air after primary compression to the required temperature, and then sends it to secondary compression. In this way, the air discharged from the first-stage compression passes through the intercooler, and there is a water with a partial moisture content, which is discharged by the air-water separator of the intercooler. At the same time, the secondary compressed air is fully cooled by the descaling final cooler, which reduces the temperature of the air sent out, and the precipitated water is discharged by the gas-water separator of the final cooler. In this way, the air sent out after two effective cooling separations to remove moisture is drier.

Ingersoll-Rand Air Compressor Parts and Causes of Failure

1. The suction is blocked or the intake air filtration is not good.

2. Oil return is blocked.

3. Incomplete cooling of the air compressor.

4. Dirt is not often discharged from the gas storage tank.

5. The operating time of the air compressor is too long.

6. The pressure of the engine crankcase is too high.

7. The engine oil pressure is too high.

8. Lubricant deteriorates.

9. The air compressor is defective.
