In just a few years, the silent oil-free air compressor first achieved a breakthrough in Europe, and because of its environmental protection and energy saving, low noise, and does not contain any oily substances, it has directly improved the quality of compressed air spoons, and has been widely promoted in many countries After the application of the silent and oil-free technology in China, due to the technical irregularities and crude manufacturing of some domestic manufacturers, there is still a certain gap between the produced silent oil-free air compressors and the international common standards.

So how should we properly choose a silent oil-free air compressor that meets the standards?

   First of all, the main bodies of silent oil-free air compressors all use miniature reciprocating piston compressors. Not all of this type are not silent oil-free air compressors, and the air quality cannot meet the requirements of silent oil-free air compressors.

Second, the working principle of the oil-free air compressor host: When the motor is driven by a single shaft to rotate the compressor crankshaft, the piston is self-lubricated without adding any lubricant and reciprocates through the transmission of the connecting rod. The inner wall of the cylinder, the cylinder head and the piston The working volume formed by the top surface changes periodically. When the piston of a piston compressor starts to work from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder will gradually increase, and then the gas will follow the intake pipe, open the intake valve and enter the cylinder. The valve is closed; the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction, the  process, and then the exhaust valve is closed.

The approximate working process is: the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates once, the piston once, and the air intake, compression, and exhaust processes are successively implemented in the cylinder, which completes a working cycle. The structure design of single-shaft and double-cylinder makes the gas flow of the compressor double that of the single-cylinder when the rated speed is constant, and the vibration and noise control is well controlled. The last reference standard is whether the technical parameters of the machine are complete and qualified. The parameters marked according to international standards include metric units and American units. Generally, manufacturers with simple parameter identification do not have relevant testing equipment, and some parameters do not meet the general technical standards. Therefore, it is recommended that you ask the manufacturer to provide detailed parameters in order to make the correct choice.

Generally speaking, to see if the silent oil-free air compressor meets the standard, look at the following two points, whether the working noise is below 48 decibels, and whether it can increase the pressure to more than 5 atmospheres in 3 minutes. The performance of the air compressor.
