1. The screw air compressor cannot be started

2. The exhaust pressure of the screw air compressor is too low
You can check whether there is a problem from 4 aspects. Whether the core is blocked or not, the above four problems generally cause this situation. However, newly purchased air compressors generally do not have such problems. 3. The oil content of the gas produced by the screw air compressor is too high
For those companies that pay great attention to air quality, whether the air contains too much oil is critical. There are many reasons for this problem. There are six main reasons. First, the oil and gas is too high. Second, the return pipe filter or the orifice is blocked. The third is that the oil and gas separation core is damaged. Then there is an oil leak in the oil adjustment system of the air compressor, and the possible cause is that the air production pressure of the air compressor is too low. 4. The exhaust temperature of the machine is too high
Generally speaking, the temperature that is too high is more than 150 degrees, and the main cause of this kind of situation in the screw air compressor is that the ambient temperature of the machine is too high or the temperature control valve is not working properly, and there is insufficient oil supply. The oil cooler has not been cleaned for a long time. Sometimes the blockage of the oil filter can also cause this situation. There is also a problem with the cooling fan, the thermal resistance is invalid, and so on. If the machine is well maintained, this type of problem is relatively rare.
5. The air compressor cannot be empty
Generally speaking, you can check whether the intake valve is working normally, and you can also check whether the pressure sensor is working normally.
