The cylinder of the pneumatic valve of the air compressor mainly provides gas power for the operation of the valve. There are many things to pay attention to in the disassembly and installation.

First remove the cylinder from the valve body, start with the cover of the two ports of the cylinder, and completely disassemble the cover. When removing the piston, pay special attention to the direction of the gear rack, and then forcefully transfer the cylinder shaft clockwise to make the piston Move quickly to the outside.

Close the valve hole and gradually ventilate, and then use a large air pressure to completely push the internal piston out. In this method, you must pay attention to slowly and gradually ventilating the pneumatic valve, otherwise the piston will suddenly spray out, which is very dangerous. It may cause injury to the operator, completely remove the clamping spring on the cylinder shaft. Then take out the cylinder shaft from the other end of the valve. After the above preparations are done, all the internal parts of the valve can be cleaned centrally. It is necessary to add lubricating grease to the parts. The parts that focus on adding lubrication are: the inner cavity wall of the cylinder, the piston sealing ring, the gear strip and the back annular sheet. Gear shafts and sealing rings also need to add a certain amount of butter.

After adding grease to the pneumatic valve, it needs to be re-installed according to the order of disassembly and the reverse order of components. There are some matters that need special attention during installation. Be sure to pay attention to the assembly position of the gear strip to ensure that when the cylinder is vented, the piston can be quickly Move to the innermost position of the cylinder.

After the piston is fully retracted, it is necessary to keep the top slot of the gear shaft and the cylinder body in a horizontal direction. When the pneumatic valve is closed, the piston moves to the outermost position. At this time, the upper slot of the gear shaft and the cylinder body remain vertical. The order and position of installing the valve must be clarified, and the installation drawings must be understood before the specific assembly. Prepare the parts to be assembled in advance, check the parts first to see if there are any missing parts, and place the parts on the work surface in a certain order. When assembling, make sure that each part is in its proper position, and the orientation of the parts also needs to be placed. keep it right.
