The air compressor is one of the main mechanical power equipment of many enterprises. The compressor operating procedures not only help to extend the service life of the air compressor, but also ensure the safety of the air compressor operators. This time we will talk about the operating procedures and inspection records of Ingersoll Rand air compressors during daily operation.

Before the air compressor runs, equipment personnel should pay attention to the following issues:
1. Make sure that the oil in the oil pool is maintained at the specified standard. Check whether the amount of oil in the oil injector should be lower than the marked value. If it is lower than the marked value, you must add sufficient lubricant in time.
2. Check whether the moving parts are elastic, whether the joints are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, whether the motor and electrical control equipment are secure and reliable.
3. Check whether the protection devices and security accessories of the air compressor are in good condition.
4. Check whether the exhaust pipe is unblocked.
5. Turn on the water source and open each water inlet valve to make the cooling water flow unimpeded.

If the air compressor is first started after being out of service for a long time, it is necessary to check the dual motors, and pay attention to whether the air compressor has bumps, jams or abnormal noise during low-frequency trial operation.

When the air compressor is started, the machine should be started under no-load conditions. After the no-load operation is normal, the air compressor can gradually enter load operation.

After the air compressor is operating normally, it is necessary to pay attention to the readings of various meters of the air compressor equipment and adjust them at any time. In the continuous operation of the air compressor, the following air compressor operating parameters need to be paid regular attention to:

1. Whether the temperature of the motor is normal and whether the readings of each meter are within the specified range;
2. Whether the operating sound of each air compressor equipment is normal, and whether there is frictional impact noise;
3. Whether the suction valve cover is overheated, whether the valve sound is normal, and the overall temperature of the air compressor is changing.
