The installation standards for compressed air pipelines for air compressors and the installation acceptance standards for pneumatic equipment engineering refer to GB5038-2006. Generally, it is stipulated that the connection of pipes and pipes, and pipes and equipment shall not be strongly matched.

Carbon steel pipes used by compressed air should be cleaned of rust, welding slag, burrs, oil and water and other dirt on the surface before painting. The welds shall not be painted before pressure test. For pipeline welding, butt welds of compressed air carbon steel pipes should be argon arc welding or argon arc welding for bottoming and arc filling.

The appearance quality of the butt weld of compressed air carbon steel pipes is not allowed to have cracks, pores, slag inclusion, fusion spatter and incomplete penetration: the undercut depth is less than 0.5mm, and the total length on both sides of the weld is less than the full length of the weld 10% of, the weld and height are less than or equal to 1+0.1b (b is the width of the weld) and not more than 3mm.

Pipe cutting and beveling of pipes should be processed mechanically. The end face of the cut should be flat, the end face should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, and the allowable deviation is 1% of the pipe diameter and should not be greater than 2.0mm. The form and size of the pipe welding groove should meet the requirements of the welding operation instruction. After the groove is processed, the iron filings and burrs should be removed before proceeding to the next step.

1. The pipe bending shall meet the following requirements:
1). The elbow should be cold-formed, and the bending radius of the elbow should not be less than 3 times the outer diameter of the pipe; when using a stamped elbow, the bending radius should not be less than 1 time the outer diameter of the pipe.
2). The difference between the outer diameter and the outer diameter of the pipe after bending should not exceed 8% of the pipe diameter.
3). The bending part of the pipe should not have defects such as wrinkles and peeling.
4). Pipe thread processing should meet the requirements of design technical documents. After the thread processing is completed, the surface should be free of defects such as cracks, depressions, and burrs. For threads with slight mechanical damage or incomplete cross-sections, the total length of the thread should not exceed 1/3 of the turn, and the reduction in thread height should not exceed 1/5 of its height.

2. The laying of compressed air carbon steel pipelines should meet the following requirements:
1). The direction of the pipeline should meet the requirements of the design technical documents. The allowable deviation of the horizontal pipe straightness is 2/1000 and not more than 30mm; the allowable deviation of the verticality of the riser is 3/1000 and not more than 20mm; as specified in the design technical documents Install the pipeline at the coordinate position and the elevation dimension, the allowable deviation of the coordinate position is 15mm, and the allowable deviation of the elevation is ± 15mm.
2). The distance between the outer wall of the pipe and the edge of adjacent pipes and pipe fittings should not be less than 10mm, and the flanges or joints on the same row of pipes should be staggered by no less than 100mm: pipes through the wall should be sleeved, and the joint position should be between The distance should be greater than 800mm.
3). The slope of the compressed air carbon steel pipeline should meet the requirements of the technical documents. If there is no specification, the inclination slope is 12.5/1000~25/1000.

4. The flange connection should be concentric with the pipeline, the connecting bolts should be inserted freely, the butting surfaces of the two flanges should be parallel, and the allowable deviation of parallelism should not be greater than 1.5/1000 of the flange diameter.

5. The installation of pipe bracket and pipe clamp shall meet the following requirements:
①The mounting position of the bracket is correct, the fixing is firm, the pipe and the pipe clamp are in close contact, and there should be no weld seam between the pipe bracket and the pipe clamp.
② The distance between the pipe supports and the straight pipes shall meet the requirements, and the bent portions shall be provided with additional supports near the starting point.
③There should be no direct contact between the pipe supports.

6. The hose installation should meet the following requirements:
① For hoses with an outer diameter greater than 30mm, the bending radius shall not be less than 7 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
②The hose must not be twisted or deformed.
③Do not rub between the hose and the hose, or between the hose and other objects. When the hose is close to the heat source, it must be insulated.

7. The paint thickness and number of passes of the pipeline should meet the design technical requirements. The coating should be uniform, consistent coloring, and no defects such as missing coating, flow, and bubbles. Pipe purging The compressed air carbon steel pipe must be beaten and purged according to the process. After purging, the inner wall of the pipeline should meet the requirements of the design and technical documents. If not specified, there should be no rust, iron oxide scale and other foreign matter.
