1. The air compressor is leaking oil, and there is lubricating oil spilling on the outside of the air compressor.

cause of issue:

1. The oil seal is off or the oil seal is defective and leaks.

2. The main shaft is loose and the oil seal leaks.

3. Leakage of the joint surface, loosening of the oil inlet and return pipe joints.

4. The belt is installed too tightly and the main bearing bush is worn out.

5. Casting or processing defects.

Judgment and troubleshooting method of failure:

1. For the oil seal, check whether the oil seal is cracked, whether the inner lip is cracked or flanged. If there is one of the above conditions, it should be replaced; check whether the joint surface of the oil seal and the main shaft is scratched or defective. If there are scratches or defects, replace it. Check whether the oil return is unobstructed. If the oil return is not smooth, the crankcase pressure is too high and the oil seal leaks or falls off. The diameter of the return pipe must be ensured, and it is not twisted or bent, and the oil return is smooth. Check the matching size of the oil seal and box body, and replace those that do not meet the standards

2. Move the main shaft forcefully to check whether the neck gap is too large. If the gap is too large, replace the bearing bush and oil seal at the same time.

3. Check the sealing conditions of the gaskets of each joint, repair or replace the gaskets; check and tighten the bolts of the oil inlet and return joints and the box body threads.

4. Check and re-adjust the tightness of the belt. It is advisable to press down 10 mm with your thumb.

5. Check the casting or processing defects of the box body (such as whether the oil return hole at the box body installation is unblocked), repair or replace the defective parts.

2. When the air pressure is insufficient, the engine is running, and the air compressor is inflating the air tank, the barometer indicates that the air pressure cannot reach the pressure value requirement.

cause of issue:

1. The barometer is out of order.

2. The transmission belt between the air compressor and the engine is too loose and slippery, or the pipeline between the air compressor and the air tank is broken or the joint is leaking.

3. The oil-water separator, pipeline or air filter is blocked by excessive deposits.

4. The air compressor exhaust valve is not tightly sealed, the spring is too soft or broken, the air compressor cylinder head bolts are loose, sand holes and cylinder head gaskets are washed out and air leaks.

5. The cylinder liner, piston and piston ring of the air compressor are worn out and even leaks.

Judgment and troubleshooting method of failure:

1. Observe the air pressure gauge. If the indicated pressure is insufficient, let the engine run at medium speed for a few minutes. The pressure still does not rise or rises slowly. When the brake pedal is stepped on, the venting sound is very strong, indicating that the air pressure gauge is damaged. Repair the barometer.

2. If there is no deflation sound or the deflation sound is very small in the above test, check whether the belt of the air compressor is too loose, from the air compressor to the air storage tank, to the control valve intake pipe, and whether the joints are loose, broken or leaking. Place.

3. If the air compressor does not inflate the air tank, check whether the oil-water separator, air filter, and pipeline are blocked by excessive dirt. If it is blocked, remove the dirt.

4. After the above inspections, if the cause of the failure cannot be found, check whether the exhaust valve of the air compressor is leaking, whether the spring is too soft or broken, whether the cylinder head has blisters, and whether the gasket is damaged. Replace or repair damaged parts.

5. Check whether the cylinder liner and piston ring of the air compressor are excessively worn.

6. Check and adjust whether the installation direction of the unloading valve is consistent with the direction marked (arrow).
