1. Gap adjustment
1). The radial gap between the male and female rotors of the main engine is increased. The direct consequence is that the compressor's leakage (that is, back leakage) increases during the process of compressing the air compressor, and the volume of compressed air discharged from the machine becomes smaller. Reflected in the efficiency, the compression efficiency of the compressor is reduced.
2). The increase of the gap between the female and male rotors and the rear end cover and the bearing will mainly affect the sealing performance and compression efficiency of the compressor. At the same time, it will have a great impact on the service life of the female and male rotors. The casing is scratched or abraded.
3). The gap between the main engine screw, the screw section and the front and rear bearing seat end faces is too large, which leads to the direct result of noise, which is often referred to as the abnormal noise of the air compressor. If this happens and it is not handled in time, it is easy to cause the end face to stick, the end face of the bearing seat after loading the seat, and the end face of the front bearing seat of the unloading seat. 2. Wear treatment
As everyone knows, as long as the machine is running, there is abrasion. Under normal circumstances, because of lubricating oil (commonly known as: air compressor oil), the abrasion will be reduced a lot but long-term high-speed operation. The wear is slowly increasing. Screw air compressors generally use imported bearings, and their service life is also limited to about 30 000h. 3. Host cleanup

4. Cost increase
Here cost refers to maintenance cost and electricity cost. Because the main engine of the air compressor has not been overhauled for a long time, the parts wear increased, and some worn impurities remain in the main engine cavity, which will shorten the life of the lubricating fluid. At the same time, due to impurities, the oil and gas separator core and the use of the oil filter period The time is greatly shortened, resulting in increased maintenance costs. In terms of power costs, due to increased friction and reduced compression efficiency, power costs will inevitably increase.
