Cleaning the whole machine
(1) first run the air compressor for a few minutes, oil to room temperature;
(2) close the air compressor, and when the internal pressure is released, open the refueling cover, pour cleaning agent into the air compressor, and tighten the refueling cover;
(3) turn on the air compressor and operate for 30 minutes;
(4) thoroughly remove the old oil and add new oil;
(5) generally clean air compressor temperature will drop about 10 degrees.
Cleaning of water and air separator
The structure of the screw air compressor water and gas separator is similar to the oil and gas tank. The air inlet is designed against the wall.
Cleaning method is to take apart the water and gas separator cover, with cleaning agent immersion cleaning can be.
Third, the cooler cleaning
Water-cooled type cooler:
Separate cooling water inlet and outlet pipes;
Inject cleaning solution to soak or flush with pump circulation;
Rinse with clean water;
Install cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
Air-cooled cooler:
Open the air cover to clean the cover plate, or remove the cooling fan;
Blow the dirt down with compressed air and take it out of the windshield;
If it is dirty, spray some oil remover and blow.
When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned in the above way, the cooler should be removed and cleaned with high-pressure water gun.
Install cover plate or cooling fan
Oil cooler:
When scaling of the oil cooler is more serious, and cleaning with the above method is not ideal, the oil cooler can be removed separately, open the end cover at both ends, and use special cleaning steel brush or other tools to remove scale.
When the temperature cannot be effectively lowered by cleaning the medium side of the cooler, the screw air compressor needs to clean the oil side, the steps are as follows:
Disassemble the inlet and outlet tubing;
Inject cleaning solution to soak or with pump cycle flushing (recoil effect is better);
Rinse with clean water;
Blow dry with dry air or remove water with dehydrated oil;
Install inlet and outlet tubing.
Screw air compressor temperature control valve cleaning
There is a cover on the side of the temperature control valve of the screw air compressor. There is a screw hole on the cover.
Then use the spring clamp to take out the spring fixing the cover, and then use the clamp to pull the nut just screwed in.
You can take off the cover and all the internal parts.
Clean all parts of the temperature control valve in the same way as the load reduction valve.
Load reduction valve (air inlet valve) cleaning
Bilge is serious when such as inlet valve, change a new detergent when cleaning, cleaning process should be wash cleaner parts, after washing the dirt more components, components used water rinse rinse again, in order to avoid corrosion and shorten the service life of components, wash clean parts in a clean place to dry, so as to avoid rusty iron parts.
