The air compressor station is almost an indispensable institution for every industrial manufacturing enterprise. The equipment configuration and pipeline structure of each enterprise vary widely, and the structure of the air compressor station also has its own characteristics. 1. Noise

When it comes to air compressor stations, noise has to be mentioned. Different from other energy conversion equipment, the air compressor and its entire air compressor station are enveloped in huge noise. In addition to the electrical noise generated by high-power motors and the mechanical noise generated by mechanical moving parts, there are air compressor suction, aerodynamic noise radiated by exhaust gas, vibration pulsation generated by pressure pulsation of pipes, and compressed air flow noise. Exhaust noise, these noises are inevitable and difficult to eliminate. These noises contain a lot of high-frequency components, which can easily cause harm to the health of workers. If the design defects or shock absorption measures of the wall itself are not in place, the air compressor station will inevitably become a huge noise source. It is no wonder that in many factories, the position of the air compressor station can be discerned directly according to the sound.

2. Oil stain

The high-speed air compressor head needs oil to be lubricated, and the high-temperature compressed air generated needs oil to cool down. Once the air compressor is repaired and maintained, the oil and gas will fill the air compressor station. If the oil-containing parts are discarded by maintenance personnel, the oil will pollute the environment. The oil-containing compressed air itself causes air pollution, and it is generally easy to accumulate a large amount of oil near the exhaust port. In addition, if the oily wastewater is not properly disposed, it will pollute the air compressor station. Air compressor station oil pollution is the status quo of many enterprises, which requires a strict system to regulate.

3. Poor environment

No one denies that the air pressure station plays a pivotal role in the factory. However, the strong contrast is that th construction of the factory building will occupy the position of the upper hand and the air pressure station will generally be arranged in the relatively closed corner. Unventilated environments and humid air have an adverse effect on the efficiency of the air compressor. The small number of people in the air compressor station also caused the surrounding area to become a storage place for debris, and even some waste production equipment was piled up in the air compressor station.

4. Old equipment with disease running

Qi Zizhen is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. Under the influence of this concept, a large number of industrial equipment is also injurious to the fire line. There are two kinds of old equipment. One is that the running time is long but the maintenance is in place. The running status looks good, and the other is the lack of maintenance, and the fault may occur at any time. We mainly focus on the life cycle of air compressors in place.

As is well known, air compressors are machines whose operating costs are much higher than the cost of purchase. The conversion efficiency from electricity to gas is fundamental to assessing their performance. The air compressor head changes the blade under the cavitation of the high-speed airflow, and the gap gradually increases, and slowly deviates from the original design curve, resulting in efficiency degradation. Once the efficiency of the equipment drops to a certain value, we need to eliminate it without any hesitation, even if it still looks glamorous. This is what most companies cannot do. At the same time, the old equipment with sick work and equipment mismatch caused a lot of energy waste, and its cost is much higher than the price of several equipment.

5. Post-processing equipment technology is backward

Compressed air needs to be degreased, dried and then used in the process workshop. Taking the dryer as an example, the variety and quality are different. The single adsorption dryer has the following types: no heat regeneration, micro heat regeneration, heat regeneration, external blast heating, and compression heat utilization. Some post-processing equipment requires a large amount of compressed air to regenerate, which is bound to waste a lot of energy and is a technology that has been eliminated. The backward technology has an extremely bad effect on the efficiency of the entire air compressor station.
