With the development of oil-free air compressors, more and more people choose to use oil-free screw air compressors. In addition to its superior performance, oil-free screw air compressors have unique advantages. This advantage is not available in other oil-free air compressors. It is energy saving! Energy saving is a greater feature of oil-free screw air compressors. Many users choose to use oil-free air compressors based on energy saving. So is there any way to make the oil-free screw air compressor system more energy-efficient?

Based on the  of energy consumption evaluation and loss analysis of the pneumatic system, we can start from all aspects of the oil-free screw air compressor system. Summarized into the following four stages:

1. Design stage: This stage is a matter for oil-free screw air compressor manufacturers. Considering that oil-free screw air compressors have been started with reduced pressure for a long time, this startup method is likely to cause frequent system startup and waste energy. Therefore, the current improvement measure is to replace the previous step-down start with a variable frequency start!

2. Gas production phase: mainly involves equipment configuration issues. Users should choose the appropriate oil-free screw air compressor according to their actual gas demand to avoid unnecessary waste.

3. Gas transmission phase: The focus here is on pipeline configuration, optimization, and leakage. Proper piping design and installation, timely treatment and prevention of leakage points can reduce losses in the compressed gas transportation stage, thereby achieving energy saving purposes.

4. Waste heat recovery stage: This is one of the more commonly used energy saving transformation methods. Oil-free screw air compressors will inevitably generate some energy waste during use, and waste heat recovery is to collect this part of energy for reasonable use (such as heating, providing domestic hot water for employees, etc.) . Heat exchange is currently the more commonly used means of waste heat recovery.
