Routine maintenance: The maintenance of the air compressor is a daily job. Generally, it takes place before, after, and on duty. The purpose is to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the clean and tidy work site.
1. Fuel should be refueled to each refueling point of the compressor once a day or every shift. If there are special requirements, such as the lubrication of motor bearings, add oil according to the instructions. In short, the friction parts of all movements, including accessories, must be refueled regularly.
2. The machine should be used in accordance with the operating procedures, diligent inspections and diligent investigations, timely handling of faults and keeping a running journal.
3. When working, keep the machine and the ground clean. The equipment should be wiped clean before the shift.
When the room temperature is lower than 5~C in winter, the cooling water in the cavity should be drained after parking.
After-sales maintenance: After a period of time, the after-sales personnel of the air compressor will overhaul the air compressor, replace the filter material with a short time period of the air compressor, and repair and maintain the air compressor.
1. Clean the air valve, remove the carbon deposits in the valve seat and bonnet, clean the lubricating oil filter and filter screen, and do a check on the moving structure.
2. Clean the filter. Filters installed in dusty areas should be cleaned to reduce cylinder wear.
3. Filter the air compressor oil once every 2000h to remove metal chips and dust impurities. If the oil is not clean, the oil should be changed, and a comprehensive inspection of the gap of the entire machine.
Long-term idle maintenance: Most factories will be equipped with some spare air compressors, which will not be used for a long time (generally sealed), but the function of the air compressor will be reduced or even difficult to use. When the air compressor is idle, the air compressor must be maintained.
1. Before the unit is sealed, add the specified amount of grease in accordance with the requirements. If the idle period exceeds 6 months, the grease should be refilled. The fat cream must be re-added before driving.
2. Before the unit is put into operation again, remove the grease from the oil seal, wash it with kerosene or gasoline, and then add new oil.
