(3) The oil level is kept above the oil level.

(4) The air compressor exit door is open.

(5) Whether there is air leakage, oil leakage or water leakage at each joint.

What should be paid attention to when operating the screw air compressor?

(1) When there is abnormal sound and abnormal vibration during operation, stop immediately.

(2) There is pressure in the running pipeline. Do not loosen the pipeline bolt plug and open unnecessary valves, such as traps and drain valves.

(3) Always check that the automatic steam trap is functioning properly, otherwise moisture will be carried into the system.

(4) Oil and gas barrels should be drained and water once a week. The unit can't run for a long time, and it will be turned on for at least 2 hours every week.

(5) All soundproof enclosure doors must be closed during operation.

What is the hazard of the leakage of the screw air compressor at the exit of the check valve? After the air compressor is stopped, the exit check valve is not closed tightly, which will cause the pressurized air in the system to enter the air compressor system that is out of service. The leakage will keep the system in place. At a certain pressure, the venting solenoid valve is always vented, and the oil contained in the venting gas is applied to the inlet air filter to reduce the service life of the air filter.
