Second, the working principle of the screw compressor unit
 
The screw compressor unit is mainly composed of a pair of meshed male and female rotors and a casing. Its working principle is similar to that of a reciprocating compressor. It is a volumetric type, but the working mode has changed. If the cavity formed by the female rotor slot and the housing is compared to the cylinder of the piston compressor, the sliding of the helical teeth of the male rotor in the female rotor slot is equivalent to the reciprocating motion of the piston.

Third, automatic shutdown analysis during operation
 
1. Power grid factors
 
The machine itself has safety protection devices such as undervoltage relays and faulty phase relays. When the grid voltage is below 83% of the rated voltage (420V) or the phase sequence of the power supply is incorrect and the phase of the three-phase power supply is out of phase, the unit will automatically trip and stop. .
 
2, the exhaust temperature is too high
 
(1) Poor environmental ventilation. When there are wall-type obstacles near the air compressor that affect the air circulation, it will cause poor heat dissipation; when there is a similar heat source near the air compressor, it will also affect the heat dissipation; when the side doors are open, the heat dissipation effect will be significantly reduced. These three conditions will cause the air compressor temperature to rise and automatically stop.

(2) The cooling oil level is too low and the cooling oil and oil are filtered, and the oil and gas separation components are too dirty. At this time, replacement or cleaning should be carried out according to the situation.
 
(3) The fan belt is too loose or broken. At this point, adjust the belt tensioner or replace the belt.
 
(4) The surface of the radiator is too dirty, resulting in a decrease in heat dissipation and poor air circulation: the inside of the radiator is too dirty and partially blocked, causing poor circulation of the cooling oil. The radiator should be cleaned at this time.
 
(5) The temperature control valve is out of order. The valve is always in the open state, some of the cooling oil is directly returned to the compressor, and it cannot be completely passed through the radiator. The temperature control valve should be repaired or replaced according to the specifications.
 
(6) The oil cut-off solenoid valve cannot be opened or the opening is insufficient. At this time, first check whether there is voltage at both ends, and if there is any further detection of the mechanical part of the card failure and eliminate it.

3, the exhaust pressure is too high
 
The rated exhaust pressure of the machine is 12MPa. When the pressure is too high, first check whether the butterfly valve mechanism has mechanical failure and whether it is stuck in the maximum opening position. If there is any, then check if the loading solenoid valve is leaking or broken. If it is normal, further check the upper and lower limits of the pressure switch and re-adjust to the rated range.
 
Fourth, the daily maintenance of air compressors

1. Daily maintenance treatment for intake air shortage
 
(1) The compressor speed is reduced to reduce the exhaust volume: the air compressor is designed according to a certain altitude, intake temperature and humidity, especially when installing at high altitudes. Installation, the intake pressure and displacement should be detected once in a period of time (about 60 days).

(2) The exhaust filter is fouled and the exhaust volume is reduced. The filter should be cleaned regularly.
 
(3) The cylinder, piston and piston ring are seriously worn and out of tolerance, which increases the relevant clearance and increases the leakage, which affects the displacement. When it is normal wear, it is necessary to replace consumable parts in time, such as piston rings. If the installation is not correct and the gap is not suitable, it should be corrected according to the drawings. If there is no drawing, the empirical data may be obtained.
 
(4) Check the tightness of the stuffing box, and whether the stuffing box itself is qualified; secondly, when installing, pay attention to the centering of the piston rod and the stuffing box center; generally, the lubricating oil is added to the stuffing box, which can lubricate, Sealing and cooling.
 
(5) The influence of the failure of the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor on the displacement. This problem may arise due to manufacturing quality problems such as valve warpage and the like; second, air leakage due to severe wear of the valve seat and the valve disc. In the routine inspection, the flatness of the valve plate and the clearance between the valve seat and the valve plate should be measured to be within the normal range.

(6) The valve spring force does not match the gas force. If the elastic force is too strong, the valve plate will be opened slowly, and if the elastic force is too weak, the valve plate will not be closed in time. This not only affects the air volume, but also affects the increase of power and the life of the valve disc and the spring. Regularly check the preload pressure and working pressure of the spring.

The air compressor is the lifeblood of the factory. Regular maintenance and maintenance of the air compressor is a prerequisite for its normal operation. Equipment maintenance and repair work should be carried out in accordance with the principle of "prevention first". Equipment failure should be eliminated in the bud. The main task is to prevent loosening and abnormal wear of the connecting parts. Supervise the operator to use the equipment correctly according to the regulations of the equipment. The occurrence of equipment accidents, prolonging the service life and maintenance period of the equipment, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment, and providing the best production equipment for production.
