1. Methods to reduce water content:
1). An air-water separator can be installed at the front end of the tank to separate air-water in the compressed air.
2). Install an automatic drain at the sewage outlet. The choice of this automatic drain is also required. Inferior drains are easy to block.
3). Whether the piping design is reasonable, the compressed air piping is generally required to be inclined by about 1 degree. If it enters from the system pipeline, it is best to make a 180-degree bend above the pipe interface of the air storage tank Just connect to the inlet of the gas storage tank.

Warm reminder:
The water in the gas storage tank must be discharged regularly. The water molecules in the compressed air generally contain a certain amount of acidic or alkaline molecules. If the water condensed at the bottom of the gas storage tank is not discharged for a long time, it will cause damage to the gas storage tank. The corrosion of the gas storage tank greatly reduces the service life of the gas storage tank; if the water level is not cleaned for a long time, the water level will rise, which will not only cause the volume of the gas storage tank to become smaller and smaller, affect the stability of production gas, but also carry it to the gas terminal A large amount of water vapor is bound to affect the quality of compressed air.
Therefore, the gas storage tank must be drained regularly, but the drain interval is different. If you find it troublesome to drain regularly, you can also install an automatic drain device at the bottom of the gas tank, which is the electronic drain valve that everyone often refers to, which can save a lot of trouble.

2. Working principle of automatic drain valve:
A round floating ball in the valve can move up and down. The bottom seal is the drainage port. When there is no water, the floating ball's weight and pressure press the floating ball to seal the drainage port. When there is water, the floating ball rises and the water is discharged. The automatic drain valve with a valve body, valve cover and valve core is characterized in that the valve cover is provided with a connecting pipe thread, a valve cover hole is opened in the middle, and a drain hole and a valve body through hole are opened in the valve body. The valve body is drilled on the side of the drain hole with a horizontal hole connected to the valve body through hole. A plug is installed at the outlet of the outer horizontal hole. The adjusting bolt of the bolt is connected with the lower part of the valve body by thread, the adjusting bolt is equipped with a lock nut, and the adjusting bolt is drilled with an inner hole of the adjusting bolt. The choice is mainly based on the pressure, temperature, and caliber to select the appropriate automatic drain valve.

The automatic drain valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve core, spring, adjusting bolt, drain hole, valve body through hole and other components.
