In order for the air compressor to operate normally and ensure the service life of the main engine, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance, inspection and maintenance on the air compressor to keep the air compressor unit clean, oil-free and dirt-free.

Pay attention to the maintenance of screw air compressor:

1. When repairing and replacing various parts, it must be confirmed: the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and safety signs indicating that closing is not allowed have been made.

2. The replacement time of the air compressor cooling lubricant depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there are acid and alkaline gases in the air. Newly purchased air compressors must be replaced with new oil during the first 500 hours of operation, and then replaced every 2000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. Machines that operate less than 2000 hours a year should be replaced once a year.

3. The air compressor oil filter must be replaced after 300-500 hours of operation for the first time, and after 1500 hours of use for the second time, and after that, it will be replaced every 2000 hours according to the normal time.

4. When servicing and replacing the air filter or intake valve, remember to prevent any debris from falling into the main compressor cavity. Close the entrance of the host during operation. After the operation is completed, turn the host several times in the direction of rotation by hand to make sure that there is no obstruction before it can be turned on.

5. The tightness of the belt must be checked every 2000 hours of operation. If the belt is loose, it must be adjusted until the belt is tensioned and the spring works; in order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being contaminated by oil during the whole process. scrapped.

6. Every time the air compressor oil is changed, the air compressor oil filter must be replaced at the same time.
