1. The oil return single valve is blocked, and the causes are more variable, such as the formation of carbon deposits blocking the import and export of the single valve, the lubricating oil cannot be returned to the oil and gas barrel, the internal return spring of the one-way valve is aging and cannot be automatically reset, the one-way valve The rubber ring plug is damaged, unable to seal the role of plugging. In this way, you need to buy a new oil return check valve, and the problem can be solved.
2. The blockage of the oil return pipe is mostly caused by the formation of carbon deposits. In this way, it has a lot to do with maintenance. It is not frequently maintained. After a large amount of carbon deposits are formed, it is blocked in the oil return pipe and the flange of the oil and gas separator. On the seat, the situation is more serious, so it needs to be cleaned with a cleaning agent, and the problem can be solved.
3. If the oil and gas separator is aging or the product is unqualified, the user may buy a poor quality oil and gas separator due to the maintenance cost of the equipment, or failure to maintain the oil and gas may cause insufficient oil and gas separation, or damage to the oil and gas separator may easily cause oil running. Need to replace the oil and gas separator and re-maintenance of the machine.
4. The failure of the pressure valve is relatively rare, but it has been encountered that the oil and gas are not sufficiently separated and run away with the air, which is also a phenomenon of oil running, or the seal of the smallest pressure valve is damaged. , It is easy to run oil. The problem can be solved by replacing the pressure valve.
