The screw air compressor host is equivalent to our heart and is the most important part of the entire machine. Only by ensuring the normal operation of the host, our machine can work normally, thus bringing benefits to our enterprise.

There will always be some problems when the machine is used for a certain period of time. Such failures as the wear of the screw air compressor head are very common. The main reasons for the wear of the head and abnormal noise are as follows:

1. Reasons for the placement environment and working environment of the screw air compressor. When our machine operates in harsh environments, such as dust and sand in mines, cement, ceramics, etc., working in this environment for a long time will cause the head to wear.

2. Inferior lubricating oil is used or the lubricating oil has not been replaced for a long time. Lubricating oil is equivalent to the blood of our human body, which can play a lubricating effect during the operation of the machine and reduce the friction between parts. It can also play a role in cleaning, sealing and cooling. When buying oil, we'd better buy the original genuine oil and replace it after a certain period of time.

3. The filtering accuracy is not up to the requirements. The filter of the screw air compressor is aging or clogged due to dust. We should clean and replace the filter in time to ensure the filtering accuracy.

4. The machine lacks maintenance for a long time. Maintenance needs to spend a certain amount of money. Many companies think that the maintenance cost is too expensive, and maintenance work is carried out on it from time to time, which makes some parts work uncommonly, and ultimately leads to damage to the host.

5. In order to protect the safety of the unit, when the pressure switch is set incorrectly or fails, the safety valve will open when the pressure in the oil and gas barrel of the air compressor is higher than the rated pressure by 0.1Mpa.

6. The pressure valve opening pressure at the outlet of the oil and gas separator above the oil and gas barrel is set at about 0.45Mpa.

7. There are two cooling methods for the aftercooler, namely: air cooling and water cooling. After cooling by the aftercooler, the temperature of the compressed air exhaust port is reduced to ensure that the compressed air meets the parameters of the compressed air aftertreatment equipment.

8. After the air compressor is shut down, the relief valve opens to discharge the internal pressure in the oil and gas barrel, so that the air compressor can run and start at no load when there is no load next time.
