3. The oil filter is clogged

The function of the oil filter is to filter the impurities in the lubricating oil and protect the main body of the screw air compressor. If it is not replaced for a long time, or the use environment is relatively bad, the oil filter is blocked, the flow of the oil circuit in the compressor is small, the host can not get a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to cool in time, and high temperature will occur. Solution: replace the oil filter, or do a comprehensive oil circuit maintenance.

4. The cooler is clogged

The cooler is also what we commonly call a "heat sink". The lubricating oil circulating inside the screw air compressor must be cooled by the cooler before flowing back to the compression host. When the cooler is too dirty and clogged, the lubricating oil of the air compressor cannot be cooled. Only in this way can the temperature be kept high if it is recycled. Solution: Clean the cooler with dry compressed air. If it cannot be cleaned, remove it for cleaning.

5. The main controller failure of the screw air compressor

6. Lack of lubricant

The lubricating oil of the screw air compressor not only has the function of lubrication and sealing, but the most important thing is that it can also cool the unit, so it is also called "coolant".
