What is the reason for the screw air compressor tripping? How to troubleshoot?

Possible reasons for the self-tripping of the screw air compressor:

The main reason is that the air compressor trips by itself caused by high exhaust temperature, and the exhaust high temperature indicator light is on (100℃ exceeding the set value)

1. Insufficient amount of lubricating oil
2. Insufficient cooling water
3. The cooling water temperature is high
4. High ambient temperature
5. Oil cooler betting game
6. The lubricating oil specification is incorrect
7. Thermal control valve failure
8. The air filter is not clean
9. Air compressor oil filter is blocked
10. Cooling fan failure
11. The air duct of the air-cooled cooler is blocked
12. Too little oil flow
13. Temperature switch failure

Steps to eliminate the self-trip of screw air compressor
1. Check if the oil level is lower than "L", please stop and refuel to "H"
2. Check the temperature difference between inlet and outlet pipes
3. Check the inlet water temperature
4. Increase exhaust air and reduce room temperature
5. Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water pipes. The normal temperature difference is 5℃. If it is greater than 9℃, the oil cooler may be blocked. Remove it and clean it with chemicals.
6. Check the oil number and change the oil product.
7. Check whether the oil is cooled by the oil-air compressor cooler, if not, replace the thermal control valve.
8. Clean the air filter with low pressure air
9. Replace the oil filter
10. Replace the cooling fan
11. Low pressure air clean cooler
12. Increase the oil flow control valve
