Two air compressor cooling water systems

In the cooling system of the DC circulating water treatment equipment, the cooling water only passes through the heat exchange equipment once, and the water is discharged after use. Therefore, its water consumption is large, but the temperature rise of the discharged water is very small, and the content of various minerals and ions in the water remain basically unchanged. This kind of cooling water system does not require other cooling water structures, so the investment is small and the operation is simple. However, the cooling water operation takes a long time, is not reused, causes high costs, and does not meet the requirements of water conservation. With the formulation of various domestic water-saving policies, this system is being phased out.

1. Closed circulating water treatment equipment cooling system
Closed circulating water system is also called closed circulating water system. In this system, the cooling water is not discharged immediately after being used, but is recycled for reuse and endless circulation. In the circulation process, the cooling water is not exposed to the air, so the water loss is very small. The content of various minerals and ions in the water generally does not change, and the re-cooling of the water is performed by other cooling media in another heat exchange device. This kind of system is generally used for generators, internal combustion engines or single heat exchange equipment with special requirements.

2. Open type circulating water treatment equipment cooling system
In the open-type circulating water treatment equipment cooling system, the cooling water is not discharged immediately after being used, but is recycled and reused. The re-cooling of the water is carried out through the cooling tower. Therefore, the cooling water has to be in contact with the air during the circulation process, and part of the water will continue to be lost by evaporation when passing through the cooling tower. Therefore, the content of various minerals and ions in the water is also constant. Increased by concentration. In order to maintain the content of various minerals and ions at a certain fixed value, a certain amount of cooling water must be added to the system, usually called makeup water; and a certain amount of concentrated water, commonly called sewage, must be discharged.

This kind of open-type circulating water treatment equipment cooling system will lose part of the water, but compared with the once-through cooling system, it can save a lot of cooling water and reduce the sewage. Therefore, no matter from the point of view of saving water resources, or from the perspective of economy and protecting the environment, we should try to reduce the amount of cooling water in various factories, reduce the amount of sewage, limit the use of through-flow cooling water systems, and promote the use of open circulating cooling water systems as much as possible .
