Due to the low temperature in winter, problems such as difficulty in starting the air compressor will occur after a long period of shutdown. The following points should be paid attention to when starting the air compressor in winter:

1. Before starting the air compressor, make sure that the oil temperature of the air compressor is not lower than 5°C. If the temperature is too low, use a heating device to heat the oil separator and the main engine.

2. Check that the oil level is in the normal position, check that all condensate drains are closed, and for water-cooled units, check that the cooling water drains are closed.

3. Rotate the coupling of the main unit by hand to rotate flexibly. For units that are difficult to rotate, please do not blindly start the unit. Check whether the main unit is malfunctioning, whether the lubricating oil is viscous or not, and then start the machine after troubleshooting.

4. The air compressor with a long downtime should be replaced with a new oil filter before starting for the first time to reduce the resistance caused by oil viscosity and insufficient oil supply.

5. It is best to jog the unit once when it is powered on for the first time. Check the current and oil temperature changes after the official startup. If there is a sudden temperature change, please stop it immediately. For units using heat recovery, the oil bypass valve on the heat recovery system should be closed before starting, and the heat recovery system should be slowly turned on after the unit's normal opening temperature rises to the normal range.

6. For the unit with sudden temperature change or high-temperature trip, remember to not restart it repeatedly, open the intake valve, fill the main engine with a proper amount of lubricating oil, turn the main engine flexibly and start it again.

7. Remind you that you must start correctly 2-3 times (turn off after you turn it on),

8. Remember! After get off work stops, the water in the gas storage tank and pipes must be released in time to avoid freezing and blockage of the water in the gas tank pipes, and it may freeze and crack the valves and pipes, causing unnecessary losses. Remember! ! !
