1. The compressor should be refueled once a day or every shift. If there are special requirements, such as the lubrication of the motor bearings, add oil according to the instructions. In short, all friction parts in motion, including accessories, must be punctual and fueled.
2. Use the machine in accordance with the operating procedures, check and investigate frequently, deal with faults in time and record them in the operation diary.
3. When working, keep the machine and the ground clean. The equipment should be wiped clean before handover.
4. When the room temperature is lower than 5~C in winter, the cooling water in the cavity should be discharged after parking.
After-sales maintenance: After a certain period of time, the after-sales personnel of the air compressor will perform an inspection and repair of the air compressor, replace the filter materials of the air compressor with a short period of time, and perform inspection and maintenance on the air compressor.

Long-term shelving for maintenance: Most factories will be equipped with some spare air compressors that will not be used for a long time (usually sealed up), but shelving them for too long will still reduce the function of the air compressor or even make it difficult to use. When the air compressor is left over, the air compressor must be maintained and protected.
1). Before the unit is sealed up, fill the regular amount of grease as required. After the 6-month shelf life, the grease should be refilled from the beginning. It is necessary to add grease from the beginning before driving.
