For companies, companies, and factories that use air compressors, they should be familiar with the details of the operation of the air compressor equipment, because if you don’t understand these details, it is likely to bring a series of hazards, but if you know these details, Many unnecessary losses and damage to equipment can be avoided.

Common examples:

1. The equipment emits abnormal noises. Usually the equipment is operating normally. Abnormal noises and vibrations are abnormal during operation. Then we should stop the machine immediately and make corresponding inspections and repairs to prevent the problem from getting bigger and bigger. This is easy to spot.

2. When the equipment is running, it must be ensured that all the doors of the soundproof enclosure are closed.

3. The equipment should be drained regularly. If it is used normally, it needs to be drained at least once a week. At the same time, the equipment should not be shut down for a long time. At least one week should be turned on for more than two hours; to ensure the good condition of the equipment. The work must be done well.

4. Before starting the machine, check the oil level of the equipment and keep it within the normal standard range. In addition, check the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, and replace and replenish the equipment in time to avoid the equipment being worn out due to insufficient oil and too much lubricating oil impurities. Equipment life.

5. The operating pressure of the equipment must be within the pressure range that the current equipment can withstand, and it can neither exceed the pressure withstand nor be lower than the rated pressure marked on the nameplate; the second is the gas pipeline, which also has a certain pressure during operation. It is worthwhile, so we can open the valve when necessary to discharge the waste water, otherwise we can't loosen the plugs and valves of each pipeline at any time.
