What should we pay attention to when using screw air compressor for the first time? This is a problem that many air compressor maintenance personnel and most users (air compressor managers) are more concerned about.
In fact, it is not complicated. Check the air compressor system pressure, temperature, pressure difference, loading and unloading solenoid valve, motor overcurrent, undervoltage and other safety linkage devices before starting to meet the standards.
1. Remove the ties, stows and hoops, and some supports that are purely on-site.
2. Some miscellaneous items inside and outside the air compressor body are flammable, explosive, and chemically corrosive items. Such as lighters, sulfuric acid, etc.
3. Whether pressure, temperature, pressure difference, loading and unloading solenoid valve, motor overcurrent, undervoltage and other safety linkage devices are qualified.
4. Add enough oil in the oil tank, otherwise it will cause high temperature and severely burn the rotor.
5. The water-cooled air compressor must be connected to the waterway, otherwise the air compressor must be overhauled if the machine is to be burned. Then close the electronic drain valve in the air compressor accessories, and check whether the air outlet valve is open. If it is not opened, the consequences will be serious. Check whether the bolts of the motor base and the main engine are all fixed.
6. Check whether the oil pipe, the gas pipe are installed correctly, and whether the state of each valve is correct.
7.The local control panel and the installed equipment work well, and the indicator light test is qualified.
