1. The operating environment of the air compressor should be kept clean and dry. The gas storage tank must be placed in a well-ventilated place, and no welding or thermal processing operations are allowed within a radius of 15m.
2. Gas storage tanks and gas pipelines should be tested for hydraulic pressure once every two years, and pressure gauges and safety valves should be calibrated at least once a year.
3. Starting the air compressor must be carried out in a no-load state. After it is running normally, it will gradually enter the load operation.
4. Before opening the air supply valve, the gas pipeline should be connected, and the gas pipeline should be kept unblocked and not twisted and the relevant personnel can be notified before air can be supplied. No one is allowed to work or stand in front of the air outlet. The gas storage tank should be placed in a ventilated place, sunlight exposure and high-temperature baking are strictly prohibited.
5. The maximum pressure in the gas storage tank should not exceed the nameplate, and the safety valve should be sensitive and effective.
6. There should be no abnormal noise or overheating of the intake and exhaust valves, bearings and various parts.
7. When one of the following situations is found, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately, and the cause can be found and the operation can only be carried out after the fault is eliminated: water leakage, air leakage, leakage or sudden interruption of cooling water; the indication value of the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and ammeter exceeds the regulation; The air pressure suddenly rises, the exhaust valve and the safety valve fail; the machine has abnormal noise or the motor brush has strong sparks.
8. If the cylinder is shut down due to lack of water during operation, cold water cannot be added immediately, and water must be added after the cylinder body is naturally cooled to below 60°C.
9. The installation of special oil power wires for air compressor accessories must meet the requirements of safe electricity usage regulations, repeated grounding is firm, and the electric shock protector is sensitive. In case of a power failure during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately and restarted after the power is received.
10. When stopping, first remove the load, then disconnect the main clutch; then stop the operation of the internal combustion engine or electric motor.
11. After the special oil for air compressor parts is stopped, close the cooling water valve, open the bleed valve, and release the oil, water and gas in the various coolers and gas storage tanks. When the temperature is lower than 5℃, all parts should be drained before leaving.
12. When using compressed air to blow the parts, it is strictly forbidden to aim the tuyere at the human body or other equipment.
13. After the work is completed, release the remaining air in the gas storage tank. The special oil for air compressor parts should be drained of the cooling water in winter.
