When screw air compressors are in operation, they must strictly follow the operating specifications, so that on the one hand, it can ensure the stable operation of the air compressor, on the other hand, it also ensures the personal safety of the operators and avoids mechanical damage and safety accidents caused by misoperation. .

1. It is strictly forbidden to add cooling water to the engine under high temperature. It should be stopped and cooled before adding cooling water.

2. Check the sensitivity and normality of the automatic pressure regulating system, and determine whether the air compressor has abnormal noise and air leakage. After everything is normal, it can be officially operated and used.

3. There should be no abnormal noise and vibration in the motor and mechanical parts.

4. There should be no overheating at the connections of the wires, and there should be no scorching and other abnormal smells in the switch cabinet and the motor.

5. There is no loosening of screws and pins.

6. The instructions of each instrument, the oil level of each part, oil temperature, exhaust temperature and air pressure, etc., should meet the requirements specified in the manual:

7. The operator should always pay attention to the operation of the air compressor, especially the following items.
⑴ Secondary exhaust pressure or exhaust temperature;
⑵The reading of the ammeter on the power distribution panel.
⑶ Lubricating oil level;
⑷The sound of compressor or electric motor;
⑸ Pressure of the primary and secondary cylinders;
⑹ Whether there is air leakage in the system.

8. When the air pump is running, check whether the pressure gauge is normal or not. Pay attention to the stability of the machine. If there is any abnormal vibration or noise, stop and check immediately.

9. During operation, keep the oil level between 1/3 and 2/3 indicated by the oil standard. If it is too low, it will cause the bush to hold the axle and pull the cylinder. If it is too high, it will cause excessive fuel consumption, carbon deposits on the valve, and even There are worse results.

10. Frequently check the heating of moving parts. The temperature at the exhaust port of the cylinder head must not be higher than 200°C, and the oil temperature in the crankcase must not be higher than 70°C.
