How to solve the high temperature and poor heat dissipation when the oil-free air compressor is running? Let me explain to you what the reasons are and how to solve them;

1. Due to the operating environment of the computer room, the air in the computer room is not circulating, causing the air compressor to fail to dissipate heat;

Solution: Lower the ambient temperature of the air compressor room. The glass windows of the air compressor room can be changed to screens to enhance ventilation. Increa the power of the wall-mounted exhaust fan, enhance the air circulation in the air compressor room, and prevent the heat from accumulating in the air compressor room during the operation of the machine, thereby reducing the ambient temperature of the air compressor room.

2. The cooling water has serious dirt, and the cooling water drives little and slow heat, which is not proportional to the working heat of the air compressor;

Solution: Improve the quality of cooling water, clean up the sludge at the industrial water intake, and reduce the sludge content of the cooling water intake. Strengthen the reliability of pre-sedimentation and filtration of cooling water, and discharge sludge in time. Formulate measures to clean up silt regularly. Perform static pressure discharge first, and then pump mud to prevent silt accumulation.

3. The cooling water stagnates and flows slowly, and the flow resistance of the cooling water is large and too slow, which cannot quickly drive heat to the cooling equipment, resulting in heat accumulation;

Solution: Improve the air compressor cooling water pipeline, reduce the length of the cooling water pipe and the number of elbows, reduce the throttling effect, and reduce the flow resistance. Air cooler and oil cooler are changed from series arrangement to parallel arrangement. The coolers are arranged in parallel. Increase the amount of cooling water, reduce the inlet water temperature of the cooler, avoid the mutual influence of the two sets of coolers, and improve the cooling effect.
