Screw air compressor introduction:
A screw air compressor is through the intermeshing of the male and female rotor to achieve the purpose of compressed gas. At the suction end of the

rotor, with the meshing helical teeth gradually detached, a section of the volume is formed between the two teeth in the expanded cavity (the cavity between teeth for short), and the external gas is continuously inhaled until the helical teeth mesh again, thus completing the process of inhalation. When the cavity between the teeth moves to the exhaust end along the rotation axis of the rotor, as the exhaust port is set in a small space, the volume of the cavity between the teeth is gradually reduced due to the constant meshing of the two spiral teeth before the cavity is communicated with the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of compressed gas and complete the gas compression process. Finally, the cavity between the teeth is communicated with the exhaust port, and the compressed gas is discharged from the body to complete a working cycle.

Screw air compressor working principle:
1. Inhalation process:
The inlet side of the screw inspiratory mouth, must be designed to make the compression chamber can inhale fully, no air intake and exhaust valve group and screw compressor, air intake by a regulating valve opening and closing adjustment, as the rotor turns, main rotor tooth groove space when transferred to the inlet end wall openings, its space is the largest, the rotor tooth groove space and liberty in the inlet air is interlinked, because of the exhaust air is full of tooth canal of discharge, at the end of the exhaust, tooth groove is in a vacuum, when transferred to the air inlet, outside air is inhaled, along with the axial flow into the main rotor tooth groove. When air fills the whole tooth groove, the end face of the air inlet side of the rotor rotates away from the air inlet of the housing, and the air between the tooth groove is closed.
