The oil-free air compressor has stable performance in the application, high compressed air quality, low noise during operation, and convenient movement. In order to extend the working life, it is necessary to install the correct use matters when using it.

1. Keep the body of the oil-free air compressor clean.
2. Keep the workplace clean and tidy: Clutters can easily lead to accidents.

3. Pay attention to the workplace environment: oil-free air compressors should not be left to the wind and rain. Do not work in humid and dark places. Do not work in places that store flammable and explosive liquid gases and dust.

4. Do not smoke flammable and explosive gases or operate in an environment containing these gases.
5. Keep the machine in a safe place: The oil-free air compressor that is not used should be released from the air and sewage in the gas storage tank and stored in a dry environment.

6. Don't force the machine: operate according to the voltage, speed or load calibrated on the oil-free air compressor, the effect will be better and safer.

7. Protect the cable: Do not pull the cable to pull out the plug from the power supply. The cable should be kept away from heat and oil, and avoid contact with sharp objects.

8. Beware of electric shock: When using an oil-free air compressor, please do not allow your body to touch grounded objects (such as pipes, heating pipes, refrigerators, etc.)
9. Keep away from outsiders / children: Keep children who have nothing to do with their work away from oil-free air compressors in order to avoid injury and electric shock.

10. Anti-overpressure start: Overpressure is strictly prohibited. The maximum pressure of oil-free air compressor is set to 8 BAR and the safety pressure is set to 8.8 BAR when leaving the factory, otherwise the danger of gas tank explosion will be caused.

11. Warning: The use of non-genuine original accessories can easily cause damage to the air compressor and even personal injury.

12. Power supply voltage: It should be noted that the power supply voltage matches the voltage on the nameplate of the oil-free air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accidents and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor startup and even damage the motor.

13. The compressor can only be used for pressurized air, and under no circumstances can it handle other gases. It should not be used for pumping liquids, particles, solids and any flammable substances that may cause an explosion.

14. Cut off the power in time: When not in use after work, develop the habit of cutting off the power in time. When moving the oil-free air compressor, the power switch must be turned off.
