    1. Metal surface treatment method  

    The metal surface treatment processes include sleep coating, surface penetration, and surface oxidation passivation. Its purpose is to improve the corrosion resistance of metals and improve the mechanical capabilities of metals.  

    2. Adopt a non-metallic material method

    Non-metallic corrosion resistance is excellent, as long as the temperature and pressure of the valve meet the requirements of non-metallic materials, not only can solve the problem of corrosion, but also save the precious metal port valve body, bonnet, lining, sealing surface, and other common non-metallic materials As for the gaskets and fillers are mainly made of non-metallic materials such as oral polytetrafluoroethylene, chlorinated polyether and other plastics, and the use of natural rubber l butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, and other rubber as the valve lining, and the valve body, bonnet The main body is made of general cast iron and carbon key, which not only ensures the strength of the valve but also ensures that the valve is not corroded.  

    3. Spray paint method

    Paint is the most widely used anti-corrosion method, and it is an indispensable anti-corrosion material and identification mark on air compressor valve products. The coating is also a non-metallic material. It is usually made of synthetic resin, rubber slurry, vegetable oil, solvent, etc., covering the metal surface, isolating the medium and the atmosphere, to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.  

    4. Add corrosion inhibitor

    Adding a small amount of other special substances in the corrosive medium and corrosives can greatly reduce the rate of metal corrosion. This special substance is called a corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor is composed of sodium nitrite and sodium chromate, which can form a passivation film on the surface of the valve stem to improve the corrosion resistance of the valve stem; the solvent can slowly dissolve the corrosion inhibitor and can play a lubricating role; in asbestos, Zinc powder is added as a sacrificial metal. In fact, zinc is also a corrosion inhibitor. It can first combine with the chloride in asbestos, which greatly reduces the chance of chloride contacting with the stem metal, so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion protection. If corrosion inhibitors such as red lead and calcium lead-acid are added to the paint, spraying on the valve surface can prevent atmospheric corrosion. 

    5. Control the corrosive environment  

    The so-called environment is broadly defined and narrowly defined. A broadly defined environment refers to the environment around the valve installation and its internal circulation medium; a narrowly defined environment refers to the conditions around the valve installation. Most environments cannot be controlled, and production processes cannot be arbitrarily changed. Only in the case of no damage to products, processes, etc., environmental control methods can be used, such as deoxidation of boiler water, adjustment of PH value by alkali in the refining process, etc. From this point of view, the addition of corrosion inhibitors, electrochemical protection, etc. also belongs to the control of corrosive environments.
